Yes — delivery, setup, and pickup are all included in every rental. Our crew arrives before your event to assemble tents, arrange furniture, install lighting, and position all equipment. When the event is over, we return to break everything down. You don't lift a thing.
JEMS serves customers throughout Union County (21 municipalities), Essex County (22 municipalities), and Middlesex County (25 municipalities) — 68+ cities and towns across central and northern New Jersey. Not sure if we cover your area? Email us at jemsrentalsnj@gmail.com and we'll confirm.
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for spring and summer weekends. For large events (tents, multiple items, or 100+ guests), 4–6 weeks ahead is ideal. Last-minute bookings are welcome whenever availability allows — contact us to check.
Our tents are water-resistant and properly pitched to shed rain, so your event can go on regardless. If severe weather is forecast, our team will walk you through options including sidewall additions for extra coverage or rescheduling if needed.
